Notifications Added to ESDI IoT Demo / Platform

Support for notifications have been added to the ESDI IoT Platform.  Notifications allow connected devices to send an email or other notification to a user when needed.  The Cloud portion of the platform can also notify users of conditions which need attention, such as when a device fails a health check-in.

There are a set of basic notifications which apply to all devices, and then specific notifications can be different for each type of device.  

The demo app shows basic notifications and allows users to control which apply and where to send them (e.g., email).  The initial release supports email notifications, but SMS and Push Notifications are planned.
